Marty’s Caterers General Information

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $500.00 is required for any social event, Weddings require a non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 to secure the services of Marty’s Caterers. Full payment of total charges must be paid in cash, credit card (we do not accept American Express) or certified bank check three days before the date of function. For information on corporate accounts, please call 781-438-5511 and speak with a sales representative in our office.

GUARANTEES: The person making arrangements shall notify Marty’s Caterers of the final guaranteed number of people to be served 10 days before the function (this applies to full-service catering). No allowance will be made for any decrease in the number of people served. Final guarantee is not subject to reduction. You may increase your count up to 72 hours prior to your event.

PRICING: All of our menus are priced based on a per person minimum, see individual menus. Check menus for Staffing Requirements. Delivery charge/destination charge may apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.

STATE TAX: All prices are subject to 6.25% MA Meal Tax and a. 75% Local Tax – All Terms and Conditions Apply.
